Return Policy
Electra Watches offers a return policy based on the nature of the product purchased:

Non-numbered / Non-engraved watches: Eligible for a "satisfied or refunded" return policy. Customers can return these watches within 14 days of receipt, provided they are in their original, unused condition with all original packaging and accessories.

Numbered / Engraved watches: Due to customization, all sales of watches with engraved or numbered cases are final. These products are not eligible for return or refund unless they are found to be defective upon arrival.
